Lagu pop-rock yang ditulis bersama Dennis Ferdinand dan Heston Prasetyo ini, tidak lagi bicara soal mencari penutup dari luar, tapi justru tentang menoleh ke dalam. Tentang bagaimana berdamai dengan versi diri yang dulu, dan memilih untuk tumbuh dari kekacauan yang dulu begitu dijaga erat.
“Alasan kenapa gue pilih lagu ini sebagai single utama adalah Mend This Break itu kebalikan dari Reckless,” kata Rasyiqa.
